Pioneer Pride Fact
"Shanor", the name alone struck fear into everyone that crossed his path on the practice and game field. He broke countless helmets throughout his career and probably a few bones as well. He know little pain but inflicted plenty of it. Over his career he rushed for over 2,200 yards, scored 20 TDS, kicked 12 extra points, scored 140 points and had over 300 tackles. He was a main reason for the success of All-State Running Back James Murphy in 1970 with his powerful blocking as a fullback and threat as a runner. Andy Anderson collects a record nine interceptions, five in two weeks, ending his career with 12. Neal Wilson becomes the Head Coach and Athletic Director.
